- Facilities and Campus Operations
- Oversee facilities, maintenance, security, transportation, and other support services.
- Coordinate space management and campus infrastructure projects.
- Ensure a safe and productive campus environment.
- Human Resources Coordination
- Supervise administrative personnel.
- Support recruitment, training, performance management, and workforce planning.
- Promote employee engagement and professional development.
- Compliance and Governance
- Ensure compliance with government regulations, accreditation standards, and university policies.
- Maintain institutional records and documentation.
- Manage risk management and audit-related requirements.
- Stakeholder Management
- Coordinate with academic departments, student affairs, finance, and external partners.
- Serve as a liaison between university administration and operational units.
- Facilitate communication across departments.
Minimum Qualifications
- Master’s degree in:
- Business Administration (MBA)
- Public Administration (MPA)
- Educational Management
- Higher Education Administration
- Management or related field
- A doctorate is referred.
- Experience
- 8-15+ years of progressive administrative or management experience.
- Experience in higher education, government, or large organizations.
- Previous leadership experience managing multiple departments.”
