Responsibilities
You will specialize in utilizing and managing SAP software and solutions within an organization. You will be responsible for tasks such as installation, configuration, administration, development, and support of SAP products and technologies. As a Senior Associate, you will focus on building meaningful client connections and learning how to manage and inspire others. You will navigate increasingly complex situations, growing your personal brand and deepening your technical skills. You are expected to anticipate the needs of your teams and clients, delivering quality work while embracing increased ambiguity.
Minimum Qualifications
- At least a Bachelor’s degree
- At least 4 to 8 years of experience
- Oral and written proficiency in English required
What Sets You Apart
- At least one of the following: One or more SAP certifications aligned to SAP Technology and platform solutions, including SAP S/4HANA System Administration, SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP), SAP Integration Suite, SAP Security, or related technical architecture credentials
- Demonstrating proficiency in Advanced Business Application Programming (ABAP)
- Utilizing SAP Fiori and SAP HANA for innovative solutions
- Excelling in strategic technology planning and process optimization
- Embracing change and fostering business transformation initiatives
- Developing insights through SAP Analytics Cloud and SAP NetWeaver
- Building meaningful client connections and managing complex situations
