Supply Chain Senior Manager

Responsibilities

1. Develop and execute end-to-end supply chain strategies covering demand forecasting, procurement, and inventory allocation.
2. Oversee local and international sourcing, importation, customs clearance, and landed-cost management.
3. Manage multiple warehouses and distribution operations supporting approximately 200 branches.
4. Drive inventory accuracy, product availability, and logistics efficiency while minimizing stock-outs, overstocking, and inventory losses.
5. Lead supplier negotiations, contract management, and supplier performance evaluation.
6. Lead Sales and Operations Planning (S&OP) in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
7. Improve supply chain systems, dashboards, reporting, and business continuity processes.
8. Build, lead, and develop high-performing teams across the supply chain function.

Minimum Requirements

1. Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field.
2. At least 8 years of progressive experience in supply chain, procurement, logistics, or inventory management.
3. At least 5 years of experience in a senior management or department-head role.
4. Proven experience managing end-to-end supply chain operations for a large, multi-site retail or distribution organization.
5. Strong background in warehouse management, importation, customs clearance, and landed-cost management.
6. Experience with ERP, Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), and supply chain planning systems.
7. Experience supporting a billion-peso business is highly preferred.
8. Proven experience leading teams of 10–15 employees.
9. Willingness to travel across the Visayas region.
