Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary technical advisor to enterprise customers and partners across the Philippines, translating business requirements into robust, cost-optimized cloud and AI architectures on Alibaba Cloud.
- Lead end-to-end pre-sales engagements including discovery workshops, solution design, proof-of-concept planning, technical demonstrations, and RFP/RFI responses.
- Drive adoption of Alibaba Cloud’s core IaaS, PaaS, and AI/ML services (including Qwen large language models, PAI, and generative-AI solutions) by articulating differentiated value propositions tailored to local market needs.
- Build and maintain trusted relationships with C-level technical stakeholders, CTOs, and heads of engineering at key accounts and strategic partners.
- Collaborate closely with the sales, product, and partner ecosystems teams to identify new opportunities, remove technical blockers, and accelerate deal closure.
- Develop reference architectures, best-practice guides, and reusable solution assets for the Philippines market.
- Represent Alibaba Cloud at local industry events, seminars, and customer forums as a technical thought leader.
- Provide feedback to product and engineering teams on regional requirements, competitive intelligence, and feature gaps to inform roadmap priorities.
