Responsibilities
- Understand client product, internal tools, processes and increase work efficiency through automation
- Develop and maintain analytical dashboards
- Monitor data flow pipelines, identify bugs and bug fixing
- Debug code from code repository and submission of change log for approval
- Collation of dashboards feature requests and define timelines for requirements closure
- Expected to perform data analysis (if required) as and when needed
- Gather Business Requirements on automations & create BRD
- Good statistical knowledge to perform regression models and other stat analysis
Minimum Requirements
- Graduate in engineering or computer science
- Strong numerical and analytical skills
- Must have strong technical and business analytics capabilities
- 6+ years of analytics experience to handle big data
- Knowledge in:
- Database 1 : SQL
- Languages : Python & Javascript
- Experience in emerging reporting tools and technologies like Tableau, Bigtable, Data studio & Analytics dashboards etc.
- Experience in collaborating with teams across geographies and functions
- Effective time management skills on handling the customer requirements with excellent communication skill
- Able to adapt any changes in the organization / process
- Self-starter, Ambitious, go-getter and deadline driven
- Keen to learn and implement the learning. Helped automate a new customer process workflow
- Able Maintain Organizational decorum and Client confidentiality
