HRBP Assistant Manager

Responsibilities

  1. Partner with business leaders to align HR initiatives with business objectives and operational needs.
  2. Support workforce planning, talent management, and succession planning initiatives.
  3. Provide guidance on employee relations, disciplinary cases, and conflict resolution.
  4. Drive employee engagement and culture-building programs across assigned business units.
  5. Support performance management processes, including goal setting and performance reviews.
  6. Collaborate with Talent Acquisition and HR teams to support hiring and onboarding activities.
  7. Implement HR policies, programs, and organizational initiatives while ensuring compliance with labor laws and company policies.
  8. Support change management and organizational development initiatives.
  9. Monitor workforce metrics and HR analytics to provide business insights and recommendations.
  10. Serve as a trusted HR advisor to leaders and employees.

Minimum Qualifications

  1. Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology, Business Administration, Behavioral
    Science, or a related field.
  2. Professional certifications in Human Resources are an advantage.
  3. Minimum of 5 to 7 years of progressive Human Resources experience, with exposure to employee
    relations, performance management, talent management, and business partnering.
  4. At least 2 years of supervisory or leadership experience is preferred.
  5. Experience supporting multiple business units, retail operations, or fast-paced organizations is an advantage.

  1. Strong understanding of Human Resources Business Partnering principles and practices.
  2. Excellent stakeholder management and relationship-building skills.
  3. Solid knowledge of Philippine labor laws and HR compliance requirements.
  4. Strong communication, negotiation, and conflict management skills.
  5. Ability to influence and coach leaders on people-related matters.
  6. Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
  7. Experience in workforce planning, employee engagement, and organizational development.
  8. High level of professionalism, integrity, and confidentiality.
