Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain PLUK’s enterprise technology strategy roadmap up to 3 years.
- Lead quarterly performance and business reviews (QPBR) for the CITO.
- Create executive-level presentations for ExCo, Board committees, regulators and Townhalls.
- Lead the end-to-end planning, definition, and tracking of Technology KPIs, ensuring metrics directly support strategic outcomes, operational efficiency, and executive reporting frameworks.
- Oversee annual IT budgeting cycles including CAPEX/OPEX forecasting.
- Drive portfolio governance, prioritization models, and technology risk assessments.
- Ensure adherence to regional technology and compliance standards.
- Lead modernization initiatives including Partnership engagements, platform rationalization, and digital transformation.
- Oversee partnership driven technology initiatives, ensuring structured delivery, alignment with vendor capabilities, and measurable business value from external engagements.
- Manage UI/UX governance through the UI/UX Designer, ensuring consistent design systems and user-centered workflows.
- Oversee design reviews and ensure customer experience alignment with product and IT teams.
- Manage and nurture a Team (2+)
- Work with strategic pillars across organization to create a centralized and unified Org strategy
- Build cross-functional routines and communication channels across business and technology.
