Responsibilities
This role conducts second level data review in the analysis of EHS matrix samples in chemical lab. In particular, reviews and validates data calculations and assessments for reporting of lab results according to strict quality and ethical standards. Final review and approval of lab results prior to reporting.
Minimum Requirements
- Minimum Bachelor of Science degree (Chemistry preferred) from an internationally accredited institution
- A minimum of 2 years’ prior experience with data processing (equivalent to Data Validator), including experience with LIMS and processing of data for methods to be assigned for review as Data Reviewer.
- Prior experience with Data Review of lab results
- Experience with headspace, gas chromatography, FID, mass spectrometry, possibly thermodesorption, environmental simulation, weathering tests, and fracture mechanics, as well as advanced knowledge of VOC/FOG analysis, is preferred
- Hands-on lab experience or training with actual or related methods to be reviewed
- Demonstrated commitment to data quality and operational excellence
