Responsibilities
- Acts as the single point of contact for customers, handling queries, orders, and communication while maintaining strong business relationships.
- Ensures accurate demand forecasting and order management in the supply chain system, coordinating closely with Sales, Marketing, and Manufacturing teams.
- Monitors and manages the end-to-end flow of goods, ensuring timely delivery in the correct quantity.
- Maintains transaction databases and generates reports to track market sales performance and support management decisions.
- Oversees inventory management and reporting, minimizes excess/obsolete stock, and leverages systems like SAP, Blue Yonder, and Power BI to improve data visibility and performance.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree. MBA preferred, but not required.
- At least 3 years previous relevant work experience.
- Asian foreign language preferred, but not required.
- Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint and Word.
- Strong sales, accounts management or customer service experience in the FMCG industry
- Solid background in inventory management, demand planning and forecasting, logistics and distribution
- Excellent communication and relationship management skills.
- Strong ability to integrate with various Asian cultures. Open-minded. Flexible.
