Responsibilities
- Leads and supervises the Sales Data Specialist, ensuring effective data collection, validation, analysis, and reporting.
- Ensures accuracy, completeness, and integrity of sales data across systems (SAP, POS, and internal reports), resolving discrepancies as needed.
- Analyzes sales performance and KPIs (volume, revenue, growth, coverage) to identify gaps, opportunities, and provide actionable insights.
- Supports sales planning and operations, including forecasting, target setting, and cross-functional coordination with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Supply Chain.
- Develops and improves reporting tools and dashboards, standardizes processes, and delivers regular performance updates to Sales leadership.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, Statistics, or any related field
- At least 3–5 years of experience in sales operations, sales analytics, or data analysis
- With experience handling or guiding team members is an advantage
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (PivotTables, formulas, data analysis)
- Familiarity with SAP, POS systems, or similar sales data platforms
- Strong understanding of sales metrics and performance tracking
- Good communication and stakeholder management skills
- Detail-oriented and highly organized
- Ability to manage multiple reports and deadlines
