Responsibilities

  • Leads and supervises the Sales Data Specialist, ensuring effective data collection, validation, analysis, and reporting.
  • Ensures accuracy, completeness, and integrity of sales data across systems (SAP, POS, and internal reports), resolving discrepancies as needed.
  • Analyzes sales performance and KPIs (volume, revenue, growth, coverage) to identify gaps, opportunities, and provide actionable insights.
  • Supports sales planning and operations, including forecasting, target setting, and cross-functional coordination with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Supply Chain.
  • Develops and improves reporting tools and dashboards, standardizes processes, and delivers regular performance updates to Sales leadership.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, Statistics, or any related field
  • At least 3–5 years of experience in sales operations, sales analytics, or data analysis
  • With experience handling or guiding team members is an advantage
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (PivotTables, formulas, data analysis)
  • Familiarity with SAP, POS systems, or similar sales data platforms
  • Strong understanding of sales metrics and performance tracking
  • Good communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Detail-oriented and highly organized
  • Ability to manage multiple reports and deadlines
