Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day office operations, facilities, workplace safety, security, and business continuity to ensure an efficient and productive work environment.
- Oversee facility maintenance, office renovations, utility monitoring, inventory control, and workplace improvement projects.
- Administer office assets, access management, company resources, and records while ensuring compliance with company policies and audit requirements.
- Support the development and implementation of corporate services policies, process improvements, cost optimization initiatives, and administrative systems.
- Manage SAP-related transactions, document management, mailroom operations, employee onboarding/offboarding, and company asset accountability.
- Coordinate telecommunications and IT services administration, including mobile devices, billing reconciliation, contracts, and vendor support.
- Monitor and manage vendor performance, service contracts, fleet administration, procurement support, and outsourced service providers.
- Provide logistical support for company events, executive meetings, employee engagement programs, and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to drive corporate initiatives.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Facilities Management, Engineering, or a related field; professional certifications (FM, OSH, Safety, Project Management) are a plus.
- At least 5 years of experience in facilities, administration, workplace operations, or corporate services, preferably in a multinational or regional headquarters environment.
- Proven background in facilities management, vendor supervision, workplace safety, utility monitoring, asset management, and office operations.
- Strong leadership, communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, Teams, SharePoint, and workplace collaboration tools; SAP knowledge and OSH/BOSH/First Aid certifications are advantageous.
