Responsibilities
- Achieve volume, revenue, and market share targets for the Foodservice channel.
- Monitor sales performance, set KPIs, and report growth metrics.
- Develop and execute strategic plans and pursue new business opportunities.
- Strengthen relationships with key customers and conduct ideation sessions with decision makers.
- Work with Marketing on promotions and with Product Development on food applications/menu concepts.
- Formulate pricing strategies to drive competitiveness and penetration.
- Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitor activity.
- Lead, coach, and manage the Foodservice sales team.
- Represent the company in foodservice industry groups and events.
- Prepare sales forecasts, performance reports, and strategic recommendations.
- Ensure alignment of Foodservice strategies with overall company goals.
- Perform other related tasks as needed.
