Requirements
- Education: IT, Engineering or related field.
- Experience: 1–3 years in IT operations, infrastructure support, application support, or business operations.
- Skills:
- Understanding of application operations, including how business applications function and interact with users and other systems.
- Working knowledge of database concepts—can perform basic queries, understand data flows, and support data-related troubleshooting.
- Familiarity with IT infrastructure (servers, networks, storage, cloud environments) and how it supports application and database operations.
- Experience in incident handling, ticketing systems, and escalation procedures.
- Understanding batch processing, job scheduling, and monitoring.
- Basic troubleshooting skills across app, DB, and infra layers (can identify, log, and escalate issues; basic SQL/log analysis is a plus).
- Adherence to SOPs, checklists, and compliance requirements.
- Reliable, detail-oriented, and comfortable with both routine and exception handling.
- Willingness to learn platform-specific runbooks and operational tools.
