Requirements
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, Math, Statistics, Business Analytics, or related field.
- Experience: 1–5 years in system testing, scenario-based QA, or business process validation.
- Testing Skills:
o Experience in scenario-based system testing (not just UI testing).
o Able to design test cases from business rules, including edge and exception cases.
o Understands the full test lifecycle (SIT, UAT, regression, entry/exit criteria, defect management).
o Comfortable with integration and batch testing (end-to-end, partial failures, reprocessing).
o Demonstrated ability to validate business processes by reviewing system logs and database records for consistency, including the use of basic database queries for audit and troubleshooting—not relying solely on user interface output.
o Detail-oriented and comfortable questioning numbers and results.
o Willingness to learn platform-specific testing tools and processes. - Nice to Have:
o Experience with SQL for data validation, reconciliation of input/output, and comparison of billing determinants.
o Automation Testing maintenance
