Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the brand’s digital marketing strategy across key platforms (social media, search, display, and e-commerce).
- Plan and manage digital campaigns to drive awareness, engagement, and conversion aligned with business objectives.
- Oversee content planning and publishing across owned channels, including social media, websites, and email.
- Manage performance marketing initiatives, including paid social, search marketing, and retargeting campaigns.
- Analyze campaign performance and digital analytics to generate insights and continuously optimize results.
- Collaborate with brand, sales, and e-commerce teams to ensure digital initiatives support product launches and key commercial priorities.
- Manage relationships with external agencies, creative partners, and digital media vendors.
- Monitor digital trends, emerging platforms, and consumer behavior to identify new growth opportunities.
- Ensure consistent brand voice and visual identity across all digital touchpoints.
- Track and report key digital KPIs such as reach, engagement, traffic, conversion, and ROI.
- Use analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, ad platforms) to evaluate performance and guide strategy.
- Lead and mentor digital marketing team members and coordinate with creative and content teams.
- Manage digital marketing budgets and allocate spending effectively across channels.
- Perform other duties as may be assigned in support of marketing and organizational objectives.
Requirements
- At least 1–2 years of experience in a digital marketing role, ideally from FMCG marketing (food or non-food); open to other industries (agency, tech, other start-ups)
- Open to fresh graduates or those early in their careers, as long as they have demonstrated a strong growth mindset in learning, doing, and contributing in their roles
- Internships in digital, e-commerce, tech, or marketing companies are a plus
• Must be adept in project management, brand planning, and performance tracking - Must be able to work well with partners – marketing, omnichannel, sales, agencies, suppliers, and other stakeholders
- Has a strong entrepreneurial spirit – capable of generating new ideas that can drive growth; able to execute quickly and creatively develop solutions, especially in a start-up environment; willing to learn and run test-and-learn initiatives
- Strong communication skills; able to communicate effectively with various stakeholders
- Creative and digitally inclined
