Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales and operations strategies to achieve revenue, profitability, and growth targets.

- Optimize operational processes, resource allocation, and cost management to improve efficiency.
- Ensure consistent implementation of company policies, operational standards, and customer experience initiatives.
- Monitor business performance and provide strategic recommendations based on operational and financial insights.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support business objectives and organizational growth.
- Lead, develop, and mentor high-performing sales and operations teams.

- Provide regular business reviews and performance updates to executive leadership.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, or a related field.
- Master’s degree is preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of managerial experience in Sales and Operations, preferably within retail, motorcycle dealerships, automotive, food service, or multi-branch organizations.
- Proven experience managing large teams and geographically dispersed operations.
- Demonstrated success in driving revenue growth and operational improvements.
