Responsibilities
- Translate approved platform designs into working configurations, supporting business-led validation and prototyping
- Conduct functional testing and refinement of CRM features in collaboration with Solutions Managers and stakeholders
- Support the documentation of platform changes, including release notes, configuration references, and user testing feedback
- Coordinate with ICT and vendors during delivery to ensure platform changes are implemented in line with validated design, business requirements, and system standards
- Assist in backlog grooming by evaluating feasibility, preparing configuration estimates, and identifying dependencies
- Ensure configuration changes follow governance standards and do not introduce conflicts or unintended impact to other workflows
- Leverage AI tools, where applicable, to assist in flow logic design, prompt refinement, or low-code automation prototyping
Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in Salesforce admin, CRM configuration, or digital platform support roles
- Hands-on experience using Salesforce Flow, page layout configuration, and sandbox validation
- Exposure to Apex logic, trigger review, or collaboration with developers is a strong plus
- Experience supporting CRM enhancements, platform testing, or user acceptance cycles
- Exposure to utility, service operations, or CX improvement projects is an advantage
