Responsibilities
- Lead AI-driven operations support initiatives, embedding scalable solutions like incident enrichment, predictive alerting, and intelligent runbooks into ITSM platforms.
- Architect and continuously improve AIOps platforms, integrating with observability, ticketing, and automation tools while applying MLOps best practices.
- Act as the principal AI authority, driving high-value use cases to reduce MTTR/MTTD, automate triage, predict incidents, and optimize reliability.
- Build and mentor a team of AIOps specialists, fostering a culture of experimentation, operational impact, and professional growth.
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to align AI solutions with operational needs, ensuring scalable, sustainable delivery.
Requirements
- Strong background in data engineering, AI/ML, and operations technology with leadership in IT and service environments
- Proven success delivering AI/ML solutions that enhance MTTR, MTTD, availability, and ticket deflection
- Hands-on expertise with Python, Spark, Kafka, Airflow, cloud platforms, PyTorch/TensorFlow, LLMs, and integrations with enterprise tools like ServiceNow, PagerDuty, Splunk, Datadog, and Azure
- Deep knowledge of AIOps practices and GenAI/LLM applications for operations, including event correlation, anomaly detection, predictive analytics, auto-remediation, and knowledge search
- Experienced in scaling AIOps platforms in large operations/NOC environments, combining strategic leadership with strong communication skills to simplify complex AI concepts for teams and executives
- Must have tech (non-negotiable): AI/ML, GenAI, AI stacks (Python, Spark, Kafka, Airflow, PyTorch/TensorFlow, LLMs), MLOps/AIOps, Databricks, Azure ADF, and ServiceNow.
