Webmethods SAG Admin

Responsibilities

• Develop/configure/operate file transfers and automations using Move-IT/MFT tooling.
• Manage the MoveIt infrastructure and application environment hosted in GCP.
• Automate file transfers and environment administration tasks by leveraging Linux and Windows shell scripting.
• Provide support and administration for the webMethods product suite.
• Plan, communicate and execute MoveIT administration tasks, resolve incidents, and perform routine maintenance and upgrades (example routine Windows/Linux patching of underlying servers).
• Act as system owner for Axway Gateway Interchange (formerly Cyclone) for AS2 communications with trading partners and VANs.
• Plan, communicate and execute AS2 administration tasks, resolve incidents, and perform routine maintenance and upgrades.
• Supporting Developers/Analysts when needed for troubleshooting webMethods flow/core services.
• Provide technical guidance for Webmethods, MoveIT and Axway Gateway Interchange (AS2) upgrades.
• Understand EDI Analyst & Mapper needs of the webMethods Enterprise Application Integration platform.
• Consult Developers & Architect on available MFT solutions. Guide team members by providing support, training and coaching around MFT tooling and techniques.
• Participate fully in operational on/call rotation, providing incident and change management support.
• Seek additional opportunities for automation and identify documentation gaps.
• Performs regular rotation of access credentials, certificate renewals, maintenance of role templates.
• Provides 24 into 7 on call support approximately 1 weekend every other month in Global team rotation.

Requirements

• Over 7 plus years of experience in IT industry, minimum of 5 plus years of Middleware experience playing the role of Webmethods Admin (SAG).
• Ability to work in a highly collaborative team environment. Experience on implementing A2A and B2B solutions.
• Experience with B2B standards X12 EDI, Flat files etc. Experience in monitoring AS2 transactions and working with partner to resolve issues. Certificate management.
• Experience in working with PGP.
