Responsibilities
- Contacting potential customers from a list of leads to promote and sell products or services.
- Engaging with potential customers in a friendly, professional manner to understand their needs and provide solutions.
- Meeting or exceeding daily, weekly, or monthly sales targets through effective telemarketing efforts.
- Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of the company’s products or services to effectively answer questions and make appropriate recommendations.
- Identifying qualified leads through effective questioning and rapport-building, and passing them to the sales team for further follow-up.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of experience in Sales (Retail, or other industries) or Telemarketing experience
- High School Diploma/College Level
- Good English and Tagalog communication skills
- Knowledge in the insurance industry is an advantage
