Responsibilities
- Manages the Platform as a whole, providing guidance to the different squads under the agile
squad structure of the platform. - Understands the capabilities of the Salesforce and can discuss this at executive level across
the region. - Monitors all of the initiatives of the platform both business and technology initiatives that
help support the business and IT. - Responsible for overall strategy, vision, and direction of the platform. They ensure alignment
with organizational goals and prioritize features based on business needs. Make the right
decisions - Works closely with Release Train Engineer and functional SME to drive integration, alignment
and continuity of delivery of the value stream(s).
Requirements
- 8-10 years Saleforce experience, preferably Financial Services Cloud
- Experienced in implementing Salesforce projects, preferably using Agile
- Knowledge of overall financial services industry, with experience in insurance domain
- Program management skills. Can communicate with executives across organizations.
- Strong analytical skills
- Comfortable with process and workflow requirements
- Strong communication skills with ability to communicate both complex business and
technical concepts and align organization on decisions - Sound problem-solving skills with the ability to quickly process complex information and
present it clearly and simply - Utilizes team collaboration to create innovative solutions efficiently
- Big picture and strategic thinker, visionary and creative in both perspective and
