Responsibilities
- Develop and implement sales strategies and programs to achieve team targets.
- Prepare monthly manning schedules and monitor attendance.
- Monitor client registration form (CRF) compliance of team members.
- Conduct weekly performance discussions focusing on lead management and provide constructive feedback to improve individual and team performance.
- Lead sales teams
- Conduct after-tripping client interviews and gather feedback through the Client Feedback Form.
- Assist internal sales teams during weekend open houses and events.
Requirements
- Graduate of 4-year course
- With at least 10 years experience (as organic employee) in leading internal sales team from RE industry
- Experience in selling mid-market and/or high-end properties
- Results and data driven individual
- Good communication and presentation skills
