Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement sales strategies and programs to achieve team targets.
  • Prepare monthly manning schedules and monitor attendance.
  • Monitor client registration form (CRF) compliance of team members.
  • Conduct weekly performance discussions focusing on lead management and provide constructive feedback to improve individual and team performance.
  • Lead sales teams
  • Conduct after-tripping client interviews and gather feedback through the Client Feedback Form.
  • Assist internal sales teams during weekend open houses and events.

Requirements

  • Graduate of 4-year course
  • With at least 10 years experience (as organic employee) in leading internal sales team from RE industry
  • Experience in selling mid-market and/or high-end properties
  • Results and data driven individual
  • Good communication and presentation skills
  • Pampanga-based
