Responsibilities
Business & Technical Analysis
- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements for software solutions.
- Translate business needs into technical specifications for development teams.
- Conduct gap analysis to identify areas for process improvement.
- Ensure alignment between business objectives and IT solutions.
- Engage in cross-functional tasks and emerging priorities as directed by leadership.
Solution Design & Implementation
- Collaborate with developers, architects, and stakeholders to design scalable solutions.
- Assist in API integration, system interoperability, and data flow optimization.
- Define workflow automation strategies to enhance efficiency.
- Support testing, debugging, and validation of new systems.
Stakeholder Collaboration & Communication
- Act as a liaison between business units, IT teams, and external vendors.
- Facilitate workshops, meetings, and presentations to gather insights.
- Provide technical advisory to stakeholders on system capabilities.
- Ensure clear documentation of business processes and technical solutions.
Data & Performance Analysis
- Conduct data analysis to support business decision-making.
- Monitor system performance, security, and compliance.
- Identify opportunities for process automation and optimization.
- Ensure data integrity and governance in technical implementations.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in business analysis, system integration, or software development.
- Strong understanding of SQL, APIs, cloud platforms, and enterprise applications.
- Candidates must have experience working on API integration and development projects
- Experience with Agile methodologies, Jira, and process modeling tools.
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
