Responsibilities
1. Business Management
a. Leads the management of the company’s business portfolio for procedures and identifies emerging opportunities.
b. Track and analyze the performance of the services against financial and strategic goals.
c. Seeks opportunities to optimize gross margin.
d. Collaborates with clinical and medical teams to align the services offering with current healthcare standards and market demands
2. Innovation Pipeline
a. Conduct high-level industry and market research to identify emerging trends, new technologies, and untapped consumer needs.
b. Lead the innovation pipeline for clinic procedures by evaluating new business ideas and solutions.
c. Drive competitive edge in service offerings communications.
3. Pricing and Promotions
a. Continuously monitor competitor pricing and market dynamics to ensure the company’s prices for procedures remain competitive while maximizing profitability.
b. Work with the finance and sales teams to analyze revenue and program mechanics, and make adjustments as needed. This includes managing discounts, promotions, and special pricing agreements.
4. Customer Management
a. Manages relationships with key vendors, distributors, and external partners.
b. Foster collaboration with cross-functional teams to drive execution of relevant programs
c. Perform other duties as may be assigned.
Requirements
•Education: Graduate of a 4-year college course in Marketing, Management, or other related courses
•Experience: At least 5 years of work experience, and at least 50% of the work experience includes project management and/ or product marketing
•Capabilities: Ability to execute growth strategies that align with financial targets while prioritizing customer satisfaction. Can manage the end-to-end product lifecycle, from ideation to market launch, by fostering strong collaboration across cross-functional teams. •Excels at building and managing client relationships and have the financial acumen to track performance and manage profitability.
Preferably with FMCG or E-Commerce industry experience
