Responsibilities

  • Design and animate motion graphics for multi-platform marketing campaigns (social media including YouTube, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, website, potentially OOH, TV) that align with Group.One brand identities.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to storyboard concepts and translate brand messages into dynamic animations and videos.
  • Edit raw footage, integrate 2D/3D elements, and optimize outputs for platform-specific requirements.
  • Maintain technical expertise in relevant applications such as Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, and emerging tools for web animations.

Requirements

  • Portfolio demonstrating cross-brand adaptability in animation styles (e.g., explainer videos, kinetic typography, product demos, blended video and animation).
  • Proficiency in UI/UX principles for interactive ad elements (e.g., clickable banners, AR filters).
  • Ability to balance creative innovation with brand consistency and rapid iteration for A/B testing.
  • Experience working in an agency is preferred.
  • Familiarity with interpreting briefs, working with tight deadlines, and collaboration skills.
  • Minimum of 5+ years of relevant experience.
  • Proven track record of success in crafting compelling copy for advertising or marketing campaigns.
  • Knowledge of marketing channels and formats (e.g., Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, display ads, Google Ads, landing pages).
