Responsibilities
- Lead and collaborate with internal and external multi-disciplinary teams to guide, create, design, and develop creative architectural solutions
- Respond proactively to market demands and brand-led initiatives, projects, and programs
- Ensure alignment of architectural designs with brand identity and strategic goals
- Contribute to the development of customer-facing environments for a multi-brand, global F&B company
- Work independently and collaboratively across various disciplines to deliver high-quality design outcomes
Requirements
- Professional degree in Architecture, Interior Architecture, or Interior Design
- Minimum of 10+ years of experience in architecture, interior design, or brand consultancy with well-rounded project exposure
- Proficient in Revit, AutoCAD, SketchUp, or similar design tools
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Project, OneNote, etc.)
- Familiarity with project management and productivity applications
- Experience and/or interest in sustainable design; LEED accreditation is a plus
- Proficiency in English is required
- Command of Tagalog, Mandarin, and/or Cantonese is a plus
- Willing to work in Ortigas, Pasig City under a hybrid work setup
