Responsibilities
• End-to-end IT and digital transformation roadmap for the solar and net metering business.
• Operational customer platform integrating application, billing, and customer care.
• Interoperable system architecture aligned with Meralco’s and other DUs’ IT systems.
• Functional DevOps infrastructure for continuous delivery and scalability.
• Implementation of robust cybersecurity and IT governance frameworks.
Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or Engineering.
• Master’s degree in IT Management, Business Administration, or related field is an advantage.
Experience:
• At least 10 years of experience in IT, with 5+ years in a senior leadership role managing enterprise-scale or multi-system integration projects.
• Strong background in solutions architecture, DevOps, cloud environments, and application lifecycle management.
• Proven experience integrating systems with utility or energy sector platforms, preferably with Meralco or similar regulated entities.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams and external technology vendors.
Technical Skills & Competencies:
• Proficiency in DevOps tools and frameworks (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD, Docker, Kubernetes, Terraform).
• Strong understanding of API design, cloud computing, and microservices architecture.
• Deep knowledge of information security frameworks (ISO 27001, NIST, CIS Controls).
• Strong project management, analytical, and communication skills.
• Strategic thinking with the ability to translate business needs into scalable technology solutions.
