Responsibilities
The IT, and Operations Risk Department Head is responsible for leading the implementation of the company’s operational and IT risk management framework, including the business continuity program. This role ensures that these frameworks are effectively integrated into the company’s operations.
Requirements:
- Graduate of Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field
- 5 to 10 years of progressive experience in operational and IT risk management or internal audit, preferably within the finance or banking sector
- Proficient in MS Office applications with advanced Excel skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of effectively conveying complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a demonstrated track record of implementing risk management strategies
- Proven ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams and adapt quickly to changing priorities
