Requirements:
- At least 7 years of experience in a managerial role from an offshoring, shared services, or related industry
- Bachelor’s degree holder
- Provided support to international clients
- Strong Customer Service orientation, and extensive experience in performance management and strategy development
- Proven experience as an executive assistant or other relevant administrative support experience
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to deal with senior stakeholders and clients
- Strong ability to work in a multi-cultural environment
- Must possess a strong working knowledge in Microsoft, Outlook Email, Outlook Calendar, and Teams
- Handled a team of at least 15 FTEs is an advantage
