Responsibilities
Digital Campaign Management:
Advertising
- Recommend the most suitable platforms for brand/product campaigns on a timely basis
- Coordinate with related local teams and Regional HQ B&C members to execute brand/product campaigns
- Coordinate with and monitor related agency for advertising campaigns, media Placements and ASC clearance
- Manage DTI Permits for all offline and online promos
- Manage ASC Consultations and required Clearances
- Adhere to Brand Guidelines set by Global and Regional HQ
- Seek and Promote Tie-Ups/Co-branding activities
- Manage novelty/giveaways requirements
Social Media/Digital Marketing:
- Coordinate with and monitor related agency for Digital Ad placements
- Oversee Influencer marketing projects
- Oversee Social Media platforms with relevant and engaging content and ensure regular analysis of results for continuous improvement
- Adhere to Brand Guidelines set by Global and Regional HQ
- Take the Lead in other Social Media activities and special projects
Lead Generation:
- Coordinate with and monitor related agency for Lead Generation content and campaigns
- Ensure compliance with Privacy Policy for Leads Generated
- Adhere to Brand Guidelines set by Global and Regional HQ
- Collaborate with related teams for Leads capturing and nurturing thru the company’s marketing automation platform
Marketing Research:
- Ensure timely execution of marketing research requirements such as: Mystery Shopper Activity (Retail Audit), Mystery Customer Activity (ASP Audit), Customer Care Benchmarking (Helpdesk Audit), and others
E-commerce:
- Ensure Epson official store assets and elements are aligned with Regional HQ branding directives
- Support and coordinate with related local teams and Regional HQ B&C members to execute ecommerce campaigns
- Recommend suitable marketing initiatives to support e-commerce team objectives on a timely basis
- Adhere to Brand Guidelines set by Global and Regional HQ
Requirements:
EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATIONS
- • Bachelor’s degree/ Diploma in business, sales and marketing or related field
RELEVANT EXPERIENCE
- At least 5 years professional experience
- Marketing Communications, Brand Management, Advertising & Promotions, Social Media and Digital Marketing
