Responsibilities
- Function as Escalation and Integration point for all IT activities and concerns for the business sector and/or segment and IT
- Drive Partnership and Relationship Management between IT Group and the Business
- Oversee the business sector and/or segment’s IT portfolio
- Provide IT Operations Oversight on incident and problem resolution for applications affecting the business
- Lead the Business Unit Engagement Team by fostering collaboration and teamwork with business units, key personnel, and stakeholders within and outside IT
- Develop relationships with strategic IT vendor partners that will be relevant to the business sector and/or segment, as well as IT Group
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field
- At least 15 years of experience as a portfolio manager in financial services, banking or IT industry
- Seasoned people manager with at least 8 years of experience handling experienced members
- Demonstrated experience in handling enterprise or complex application projects
- Strong background in program / project management (technical exposure preferred)
- Excellent communications skills (Oral/Written), interpersonal and presentation skills
- Amenable to work onsite, full-time, in BGC, Taguig.
