Responsibilities
- Primary duty is to independently manage the relationship(s) with our key Lending Partners (Banks, Non Banks and Fintechs) to generate revenue and deliver outstanding operational support. The partner is also referred to as an “account” for the purpose of this note
- To make an operating ‘sales plan’ in consultation with the lending partner for various client products detailing quarterly and annual sales (loan disbursal) done with the client and focus on devising and implementing initiatives that will maximize client’s revenue from the account. The plan should be thorough, ambitious, and specific in meeting the client’s business objectives
- To provide operational support on an ongoing basis to meet the sales plan
- He/She will handle technical queries regarding client’s products and models, implement processes and technologies developed together with partners – for smooth journey from Score to Lead-generation to Disbursal
- To be the one-point contact for all client service-related issues and shall liase with other people concerned, both at client and at partner organization, to sort out any operational obstacles
- To publish and communicate MI and dashboards to the client in order to track and progress our business further and correct the trajectory if not meeting plan
- To constantly strive to widen and deepen the relationship with the partner in terms of covering all channels, loan categories, products, campaigns etc. that are possible and will hold training and educational/informational workshops at the partner’s site to enable and embed client into their lending organization
- To be responsible for Sales and Revenue generation and also getting new FIs on board
- To observe the client Code of Conduct with respect to ethical business practice, data confidentiality etc. and demonstrate the highest standard of professionalism in his/her work. He/she must consider, and adhere to if required, the audit, compliance and legal norms of the partner
- To be responsible for proper filing, Call Memos, Minutes of the meetings, Records regarding all activities being carried out jointly with the partner”
Requirements
- Knowledge of basic Credit & Risk, Sales process, and Product for Personal Lending products.
- Relationship management.
- Process orientation and basic understanding of Data Science & Technology
- Minimum experience 3 to 5 Years
