Business Development Head

Responsibilities:

  • Develop growth strategies focused on financial gain and customer satisfaction
  • Conduct research to identify relevant products for new markets and customer needs
  • Promote the company’s products/services addressing or predicting clients’ objectives
  • Monitor sales performance to ensure that corporate goals are being met
  • Build long-term relationships with new and existing clients
  • Formulate sales objectives, strategies, action plans, and budgets
  • Conduct high-level industry research to develop effective sales solutions

Requirements:

  • Graduate of a 4-year course preferably Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
  • At least 8 years related work experience as a Business Development Manager, Sales Executive, or relevant role
  • Proven track record in Sales and Business Development
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent negotiation and collaboration skills
  • Ability to build rapport and relationships
  • Good understanding of management practices and techniques
  • Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills
