Responsibilities
The Accounting Manager is responsible for ensuring the accuracy, integrity, and timeliness of the Company’s accounting records and statutory reports. The role supports the growth and sustainability of the Company by overseeing accounting operations, financial reporting, government compliance, audit preparation, asset accounting, and the implementation of sound accounting policies and internal controls. The position ensures compliance with accounting standards, regulatory requirements, and company policies while providing reliable financial information to Management for decision-making.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accountancy
- Certified Public Accountant (CPA) preferred but not required
- At least 4–5 years of relevant accounting experience, with managerial or supervisory exposure
- Strong knowledge of:
o Accounting principles and standards
o Taxation and BIR regulations
o Labor laws (as applicable to payroll and statutory reporting) - Proficient in automated accounting systems and MS Excel
- Latest BIR rulings and tax updates / Other accounting-related trainings aligned with role requirements
