Responsibilities
The CargoWise One Expert leads the design, configuration, implementation, and continuous optimization of CargoWise One (CW1) across the GBS organization. This role requires deep hands-on experience with CW1 modules, process mapping, solution design, training, and change management. The expert acts as the internal consultant for all CW1 matters and ensures that Air, Ocean, Billing, and Support teams operate in full alignment with global standards.
Requirements
- 3–5 years hands-on experience with CargoWise One in logistics or freight forwarding, including end-to-end or major module implementation
- Strong understanding of Air/Ocean operations, finance/billing, compliance, and freight processes, with ability to configure CW1 modules (Forwarding, Customs, Docs, Workflow, Accounting)
- Proven experience in process mapping, SOP creation, and business analysis, supported by CW1 certification or work with a CW1-certified partner
- Background in automation (RPA/low-code), EDI/API integration, system migration, and GBS/BPO implementation projects; project management certification is a plus
- Strong leadership and communication skills, able to influence stakeholders, lead change, and simplify complex system logic while working under pressure
