Responsibilities
- Manage relationships with modern trade key accounts, ensuring strong partnerships and alignment with business objectives.
- Drive sales growth by negotiating promotions, pricing, and trade terms to maximize revenue and market share.
- Monitor account performance, analyze sales data, and implement strategies to improve distribution, visibility, and profitability.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, supply chain, and finance teams to deliver seamless execution of account plans.
- Identify opportunities for innovation and category growth, supporting long-term business development in the FMCG sector.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Tourism/Tourism Management, Hospitality Management, Culinary or any related field.
- Food industry, marketing, or sales-related certifications are an advantage but not required.
- At least 1 year of experience in sales, account management, or customer engagement within the food, hospitality, or related industries is an advantage but not required.
- Fresh graduates who demonstrate passion and willingness to learn are welcome to apply.
