Responsibilities
The Enterprise Services Platforms Head is the owner of the solutions architecture, roadmap and portfolio of Enterprise Services Platform solutions and corporate productivity solutions which encompasses the domains of:
o Finance, Treasury and Cash Management
o Supply Chain Management
o Human Resource and Talent Management
o Legal, Corporate Governance, Shareholder Relations and Regulatory Management
o Information and Communications Technology
o Facilities Security and General Services
o Sustainability
o Corporate Productivity and Collaboration such as E-Mail, Enterprise Social, Instant Messaging, Video Conferencing
o Enterprise Content Management such as Document Management, Digitization, Enterprise search, Team sites, Portals
• The role manages and is accountable for the performance of the following functions, for the domains stated above, such as:
o Product Management
o Solutions Architecting and Road-mapping
o Medium Term and Annual Planning
o Solutions Design
o Build and Test of Solutions
o Level 3 Operational Support
Requirements
• Graduate of Computer Science/IT, Business, Engineering or any similar course.
• Relevant post-graduate degree is a plus.
• 5+ years in a software engineering role and/or a Solutions Architect role in an enterprise environment.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Good people management and mentoring skills.
