Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering
•Licensed Professional Civil Engineer (PRC) required
•≥5 years of hands-on civil/structural design experience, preferably in solar PV, renewable energy, industrial, or commercial projects
•Proven experience in structural analysis, design calculations, and Sign & Seal responsibilities
•Strong working knowledge of AutoCAD, structural analysis software, and engineering documentation standards
•Solid understanding of Philippine codes and standards (NSCP, NBCP, relevant DOLE/OSHS and permitting requirements)
•Comfortable working in a lead technical role—reviewing, guiding, and aligning outputs of junior engineers without direct people management
