Job Description:

  • Technical Support: Provide guidance and assistance with Tier 1 and Tier 2 resources for AWS Connect application support
  • Ticket Management: Manage ticket queues and ensure accurate documentation and escalation of customer requests
  • Incident/Change Management: Follow defined Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for incident management, ticket documentation, escalation, notification, and resolution
  • Customer Interaction: Communicate effectively with customers to resolve issues and provide technical guidance
  • Emergency Support: Provide off-hour emergency support as needed.

Skills:

  • AWS Expertise: Strong understanding of AWS services, particularly AWS Connect, Dynamo DB and Lambda
  • CloudFormation (CFT): Experience with AWS CloudFormation for automating infrastructure deployment
  • Communication: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Problem-Solving: Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
