Job Description:
- Lead and participate in the implementation and support of SAP VIM solutions.
- Configure and maintain VIM settings, including workflows, document types, and indexing rules.
- Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Develop and execute test scripts and perform quality assurance activities.
- Provide training and support to end-users on VIM functionalities.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to VIM processes and configurations.
