Channel and Biller Reconciliation Manager

Responsibilities:

  • Manages and develops a responsible and comprehensive reconciliation management system which integrates appropriate principles and standards, auditing standards, statutory accounting requirements and agency fiscal policies and procedures.
  • Ensures that guidelines and policies around cash processes are adequate and effective, and that such policies prevent significant errors in cash balance calculation.
  • Verifies and oversees all reconciliation transaction of payments to ensure the accounting system reflects the correct transaction.
  • Updates and submits reconciliation reports in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Prevents fraud or financial liability to the Company and to ensure data integrity and risk mitigation of all reconciliations.
  • Mitigates risk and ensures reconciliation is completed within service level agreements and are effective as a key control over cash transactions.

Qualifications:

  • Graduate of a four (4) year baccalaureate course
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management, Business Administration, Financial Management, Mathematical Finance, Economics and/or other related courses
  • Relevant Experience
  • At least five (5) years work experience as Reconciliations Officer / Supervisor
  • Business Understanding
  • Accurate and punctual reconciliation of accounts related to business operations; Statutory periodical reporting
