Responsibilities:
- The Project Management Office (PMO) is responsible for tracking, monitoring, and overseeing all projects within CBCI Bayad and ensuring that these Projects are delivered within its target scope, schedule, and budget. These projects vary in scale and scope.
- The PMO Project Manager main purpose is to provide Project Management Service to Critical CBCI Bayad Projects and/or other CBCI Project as per PMO Head/PM (Project Manager) Team Lead directives.
- They plays the end-to-end Project Manager role to a project/s assigned to them.
- Assist the PM Team Lead in CBCI Project Management work and supports PMO Office Initiatives implementation.
- As needed, a PMO Project Manager is also expected to perform PMO Lead related work indicated in the PMO Lead JD such as but not limited to Steerco Facilitation (Meeting Set Up, Coordination and MOTM taking), Project Program / Portfolio Management, Project Tracking and Status Reports generation
Qualifications:
Technical Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, IT, Computer Science is preferred
- PMP, PMI ACP
- Applying project management methods: AgilePM, scrum, waterfall and lean methodologies are commonly used project management approaches.
- Using project management software: There are software tools available that can schedule, budget and delegate tasks while managing a project.
- Scheduling projects using Gantt charts: Gantt charts are an effective way to track a project’s progress against its deadline.
- Assessing and managing costs: A cost management plan helps you to track and control a budget and avoid overspending.
- Drafting budgets: Budgeting enables you to speculate costs and allocate resources appropriately.
