Vendor Coordination:

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with staffing vendors to ensure effective collaboration.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for all vendor-related inquiries and communications.
  • Coordinate with vendors to ensure they understand the company’s staffing requirements and expectations.
  • Schedule regular meetings with vendors to review performance, address issues, and discuss upcoming staffing needs.
  • Monitor vendor performance and compliance with contractual obligations.
  • Negotiate contracts and agreements with staffing vendors to ensure favorable terms.
  • Maintain accurate records of vendor contracts, performance, and communications.
  • Evaluate and select staffing vendors based on company requirements and performance metrics.

Seamless Staffing Process:

  • Implement and oversee a streamlined process for vendor selection, onboarding, and management.
  • Ensure that staffing requests are communicated clearly and promptly to vendors.
  • Monitor the progress of staffing requests to ensure timely fulfillment and address any delays or issues.
  • Work closely with internal teams to ensure that the staffing process aligns with project timelines and business objectives.
  • Resolve any issues or disputes with vendors in a timely and effective manner.

Alignment with Organizational Needs:

  • Collaborate with department heads and HR to understand the specific skills and qualifications required for various roles.
  • Ensure that vendors are providing candidates who meet the company’s standards and requirements.
  • Conduct regular assessments of vendor performance to ensure they are meeting the company’s staffing needs effectively.
  • Provide feedback to vendors on candidate quality and fitness, and work with them to make necessary improvements.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in vendor management and staffing.
  • Provide regular reports on vendor performance and staffing metrics to senior management.
  • Collaborate with internal departments to understand staffing requirements and ensure timely fulfillment.
  • Performance Monitoring and Reporting:
  • Track and analyze vendor performance metrics, such as fill rates, time-to-fill, and candidate quality.
  • Prepare and present regular reports on vendor performance and staffing metrics for senior management.
  • Identify areas for improvement in the vendor management process and implement changes as needed.

Compliance and Risk Management:

  • Ensure that all vendor agreements comply with company policies and legal requirements.
  • Monitor vendor compliance with contractual obligations and address any breaches or issues.
  • Manage risks associated with vendor relationships, including financial, operational, and reputational risks.
  • Continuous Improvement:
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in vendor management and staffing.
  • Identify opportunities to enhance the vendor management process and implement best practices.
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement within the vendor management team.

Collaboration:

  • Own the scoping and prioritization of business requirements and contribute positively to the scoping discussions between platform and business stakeholders
  • Lead knowledge sharing sessions with junior peers, application engineering and operations enablement teams
  • Coordinate the buddy allocations for new joiners during their onboarding and foster proactive collaboration among peers e.g., active peer reviews
  • Effectively communicate, proactively manage the relationship with business and platform stakeholders, while developing the ability to influence
  • Actively participate in the development and review of software standards, software solution documentation and implementation within the Business Application Group’s platform(s) of your expertise

Leadership:

  • Stay on the leading edge of application development practices and remain current on new technologies and available vendor packages
  • Serve as a functional lead of a specific group of applications contributing to and guiding the efforts of development teams
  • Manage junior business analysts
  • Mentor junior colleagues and facilitate their skills/knowledge development through advice, coaching, knowledge transfer and training opportunities

Compliance:

  • Timely complete all compliance obligations and trainings, including relevant professional certification if applicable
  • Thoroughly understand and guide team members on the compliance, security and operational responsibilities in your area of work

IT BA with strong experience in app dev from banking and financial industry

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.
  • Proven 8-10 years of experience in vendor management, preferably in the IT industry.
  • Strong negotiation and contract management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Hybrid setup; Work arrangements are subject to change based on business needs and alignment on PEZA (Philippine Economic Zone Authority) rules and regulations.
