Responsibilities:

  • The Sales Manager is responsible for leading and managing the sales team to achieve revenue growth and meet or exceed sales targets. This role involves developing and executing sales strategies, monitoring performance, and ensuring that the team is equipped with the tools and resources needed to succeed. The Sales Manager will work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, customer service, and product development, to drive customer acquisition and retention.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Minimum of 10 years of sales experience in Life Insurance, with at least 7-8 years in a managerial or leadership role.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Experience with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and other sales tools.
  • Ability to analyze data, make decisions, and adjust strategies.
  • Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities.
  • Knowledge of sales techniques, market research, and negotiation tactics.
  • Ability to adapt in a fast-paced, competitive environment.
