Enterprises Platforms Head

Responsibilities:

• The Enterprise Services Platforms Head is the owner of the solutions architecture, roadmap and portfolio of Enterprise Services Platform solutions and corporate productivity solutions which encompasses the domains of:
• Finance, Treasury and Cash Management
• Supply Chain Management
• Human Resource and Talent Management
• Legal, Corporate Governance, Shareholder Relations and Regulatory Management
• Information and Communications Technology
• Facilities Security and General Services
• Sustainability
• Corporate Productivity and Collaboration such as E-Mail, Enterprise Social, Instant Messaging, Video Conferencing
• Enterprise Content Management such as Document Management, Digitization, Enterprise search, Team sites, Portals
• The role manages and is accountable for the performance of the following functions, for the domains stated above, such as:
• Product Management
• Solutions Architecting and Road-mapping
• Medium Term and Annual Planning
• Solutions Design
• Build and Test of Solutions
• Level 3 Operational Support

Requirements:

• Graduate of Computer Science/IT, Business, Engineering or any similar course.
• Relevant post-graduate degree is a plus.
• 5+ years in a software engineering role and/or a Solutions Architect role in an enterprise environment.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Good people management and mentoring skills.
