Responsibilities:
- Develop growth strategies focused on financial gain and customer satisfaction
- Conduct research to identify relevant products for new markets and customer needs
- Promote the company’s products/services addressing or predicting clients’ objectives
- Monitor sales performance to ensure that corporate goals are being met
- Build long-term relationships with new and existing clients
- Formulate sales objectives, strategies, action plans, and budgets
- Conduct high-level industry research to develop effective sales solutions
Requirements:
- Graduate of a 4-year course preferably Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
- At least 8 years related work experience as a Business Development Manager, Sales Executive, or relevant role
- Proven track record in Sales and Business Development
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent negotiation and collaboration skills
- Ability to build rapport and relationships
- Good understanding of management practices and techniques
- Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills
