Responsibilities:
- Source and screen candidates based on the clients’ requirements
- Keep track of applicant movements until hiring of successful candidates
- Extend job offers to successful candidates
- Prepare reports and maintain applicant information in a database
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Technical Recruiter / IT Recruiter
- Hands-on expereince with various interview formats (phone, online/video, and structured)
- Technical expertise with an ability to understand and explain job requirements for IT roles
- Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems and resume databases
- Solid knowledge in different sourcing techniques.
