Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for overseeing all areas of strategic human resources management. The person will lead in the development and implementation of HR strategies, policies, and programs to support the company’s overall business objectives, enable corporate transformation, and foster a high-performance culture. This role requires a strong understanding of HR and OD best practices, the ability to drive change, and effective leadership skills to guide the organization.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred)
  • Minimum of 10 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 5 years in a strategic HR leadership role
  • In-depth knowledge of HR and OD best practices, employment laws, and regulations
  • Strong leadership and people management skills with the ability to build and motivate high-performing teams
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with all levels of the organization
  • Proven experience in developing and implementing HR strategies aligned with business objectives
  • Demonstrated ability to drive change and influence organizational culture
  • Experience in talent acquisition, talent management, and employee engagement.
  • Familiarity with HR technology and systems, including HCMS, LMS, AND LXP platforms
  • Exceptional problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making skills
  • Relevant certifications such as SOF, CMSP, etc.
