Requirements:
- At least 5-8 years total working experience in HR Business Partnering
- Can handle up to 400HCs with less supervision
- Willing to work onsite in Cebu Park if needed, preferably Cebu-based candidates
- Prefer more senior in experience and outlook. Someone confident enough to be talking to the VP/Global Head for this business unit as well as the COO. Someone who can give inputs to the senior leaders to help them decide on things.
