Responsibilities
- Manages the company’s renewables program, positioning them as a more renewables-driven power industry
- Establishes a proper strategy and roadmap by monitoring the renewable energy (RE) industry and formulating the company’s advocacies that would ensure smooth integration of solar generation in the distribution network
- Identifies opportunities for company-wide process and policy improvement, and takes on an integral project management role by overseeing the planning and execution of RE projects and initiatives
- As a subject matter expert and resource person for RE, this position also represents the company in industry discussions and various platforms, along with ensuring alignment among communication and marketing plans for RE
Requirements
- Graduate of a Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Marketing, or similar
- At least 5 years of work experience in a related field/industry
- With deep understanding of the renewable energy industry and market (e.g., Net Metering, Solar PV, etc.)
- Effective leader and team player, driven to achieve results, organized, focused, innovative, and creative
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Adept in MS Office applications especially Excel and Powerpoint
